- All items are beautifully and securely wrapped and boxed.
- Local orders are prepared and sent via courier and should take around 5 working days to get there depending on the area. If you need something quickly let us know and we will be happy to try speed it up for you.
- International orders are sent via airmail and take approx 14 working days. We will inform you once your order is sent and send you your tracking number.
- Please note that customs & VAT may apply in your country and be charged separately.
When placing your order, please ensure you double check all your details correctly before checkout & payment. We cannot be held responsible for you entering the wrong information. This includes your personal details, delivery address etc. and of course which item, size & colour selected.
Refunds / Returns
If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your order, we are happy to give a full refund, as long as all the products are returned in the perfect unused condition & packaging it was delivered in. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return your order. Once it is received in perfect condition, you will receive your full refund.
Shipping
We work with great courier companies to ensure that your order is handled with care and arrives timeously and in one piece… But unfortunately, things do go wrong from time to time, and if, for whatever reason, your order is not received in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and we will sort it out with the shipping company & get started on remaking your order and get it straight back to you as soon as possible and at no extra cost to you. Please check your order while the courier is still there, if possible.
